Basic Strategy
Most of your important stats are displayed on your HUD (heads up display) on the screen. The two main parts of the hud are the Player Information panel, and the Unit Information panel, more commonly known as the top panel and side panel respectivly. The top panel (and the top part of the side panel) shows information about you as a player, while the side panel shows information about a unit you have selected.

The top panel shows in order the current turn of the game, your gold, number of captured villages, number of units, and your income. This information is used when you are playing the game. Observers only can see the turn status. The side bar shows information about a unit you have selected. Select a unit by clicking them. You will see the unit's statistics, such as health, mana, and supplies. You will also see the unit's level, experience points, alliance, movement range, and skills. The HUD also shows two buttons, the Battle Menu, and the End Turn button. If you are an Observer, the Leave button will be in place of the End Turn button. |

The battle menu can be reached by clicking the "Menu" button on the top panel of the HUD. This menu basically shows all the information and commands you may need to use during the game. There are 6 sections: Game, Players, Objectives, Statistics, Unit List, and Leave.
The Game section shows all of the game settings that the host has picked out, and looks similar to the game create menu. The Players section shows all of the players and observers at the game. If you are the host of the game, you can kick players and observers out of the game. The Objectives section shows the mode objectives that are shown at the start of the game. The Statistics section shows those interesting statistics about you, such as how much damage you have inflicted, received, dodged, etc. It also shows your more important information, like how much gold you have, your income, your upkeep, your net income, and others. The Unit List section shows a list of all your units. You can see a unit's stats by selecting it from the list on the right. The unit with a crown image beside it is your leader. The Leave section is used if you want to leave the game. If you are the host of the game, you will not be able to leave the game without closing the whole game.
